We had a cracking week! The balcony was a proper treat with a lovely view, and the location was nice and peaceful at night. The lady who welcomed us was a gem, all polite and friendly. Only thing, could do with more space for cooking. But overall, we loved it!

Good and fantastic location, large bathroom.
Quiet hotel with quiet atmosphere in a quiet area just off the attractions of Skegness as well as sea front and good value for money. A fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave available in the apartment.

Excellent host service made check-in smooth.
Parking was a nightmare. I had to move my car several times, disrupting my plans. The shower was a complete disaster, fluctuating from scalding to freezing without any regulation. The lack of basic kitchen essentials like tea and coffee was frustrating, and I had to beg for extra towels.

Enjoyed spacious inside but hated the challenging entrance steps for my wheelchair.

What an experience, I expected some luxury, but got a nightmare instead. Parking is an absolute disaster. I was also left waiting outside for 35 mins in the rain, then discovered there were only small hand towels! Either offer a complimentary upgrade or at least keep the essentials stocked. I'd almost give a great review, but just couldn't.

The balcony had fine views! The location was super peaceful, great for unwinding. Really friendly staff too, made check-in easy.
Only downside was the tricky steps at the entrance, could be tough for those with mobility issues!

Parking is a nightmare. Had to move my car multiple times, which disrupted my day. The lack of towels was disappointing. Only one small hand towel was provided initially, and the shower had temperature issues. The kitchen area had adequate utensils, and I enjoyed the grilled fish nearby, a true highlight .
